We have a new computer system! After 14 years of having Wolf as our Electronic Medical Record we have updated to a new platform. We are now using Telus Health Collaborative Health Records (CHR).
This has been a big change for our clinic. We ask that you please be patient with us as we continue to work out the kinks!
Please log into our new portal system with CHR. You will need to have your Alberta Health Care Number ready, this will act as your ID to create and
sign-in through the portal.
You can access the CHR Portal by clicking on the "Portal Login" button found to the left, or at the top of your screen!
Our new portal will allow us to send you confirmation and reminder emails about appointments you have booked, as well as messages, through a secure email link.
We ask that you do NOT respond to any emails sent to you through this link as they go to an unmonitored email address, and will NOT be responded to. Please call the clinic directly with any questions, or requests to cancel or change your appointments.
Alberta Health Information Act does not allow patient information (demographic information, health information, or any information that can identify patients)
to be communicated using a non secure email server.
