Booking an
Appointment.

Cancellations.

To schedule an appointment, please call our office at 403-257-0500.

Keep in mind that Monday mornings tend to be busy, so we suggest calling later in the day if possible.

Online (for Rx refills only)

You can use our new CHR Portal for eBooking, which is available exclusively for Prescription Refills. This option is strictly for requesting appointments for prescription refills that require no changes and do not involve mental health issues. Please note that only the refill will be addressed during these appointments, which are IN-PERSON only.

Please call the office to cancel any appointments.

 

Any requests sent to the clinic via the portal email to cancel your appointment will not be considered sufficient notice of cancellation (these emails are going to an unmonitored email address). Failing to call the office to cancel an appointment could result in a patient being charged a No Show fee for a missed appointment.

 

You can leave a message on our machine outside of business hours to cancel your appointment- however, messages left on our machine will not be responded to. You will receive a message through your portal confirming that your appointment has been cancelled.

 

Please give us a minimum of  24 hours notice for any cancellation requests. Our practice is very busy and in most cases we have people waiting for a spot to be seen. We appreciate as much notice as possible to change or cancel any appointment.  Should you need to cancel over the weekend please leave a message on our machine, we will cancel your appointment for you on our next business day that the office is open.

 

We understand that sometimes life happens, and 24 hours is not always possible. Please call the office with as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 2 hours before your appointment time may result in a No Show fee. These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Late for an
Appointment?

If you are late for your appointment by more than 10 minutes, our physicians may not be able to accommodate you and you will need to rebook your appointment.

 

Our physicians make every effort to stay on time but on occasion a patient crisis may occur, which may cause us to run behind, we ask for your understanding in these situations.

Abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated, either over-the-phone or in person.
