Uninsured Services
​Please be aware Alberta Health does not cover all services provided at the clinic. Below is a guideline of the uninsured services fees.
Please be advised that it may take up to 8 weeks to process any documents/ forms from the date they were received in the office. If you have requested an expedited completion additional charge may apply.

We will notify you once the forms have been completed. Payment will be requested prior to release of forms.

Please be aware that the costs listed above are guidelines only, recommended by the Alberta Medical Association's Uninsured Services Fee Guide.
Abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated, either over-the-phone or in person.
